It’s been a tough year – and here at Fidelis, we’re definitely ready for Christmas. But we know that many of our clients don’t stop operating throughout the festive season. Whether it’s a retirement village, a hotel, or a healthcare facility, daily cleaning is still essential. So our cleaning operatives are going to stay busy throughout. We’ve no intention of slowing down our cleaning operations over Christmas and New Year.
We keep on cleaning, every day of the year
Fidelis, together with our parent company REACT Specialist Cleaning, is always on hand to help. Around the clock and across the calendar, we’re here to meet your specialist and commercial cleaning needs. In other words, we’re set up to clean 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Our office is closed on 27and 28 December (the Christmas Day and Boxing Day Bank Holidays) and 3January 2022 (the New Year’s Day Bank Holiday). However, we know that we have some customers who don’t ever stop, and we’ll be continuing with our daily cleaning. What’s more, our contracts managers are still available 24/7 365 days a year.

In fact, that brings us on to one of the most important messages – and that’s a big thank you to all our staff here at Fidelis. We often like to say that ‘The Difference Is Us’. That’s because people sit at the centre of everything we do, and we value and respect all our people. Over the past 18 months, our operatives have been on the frontline, and we’re determined that they’re recognised and rewarded accordingly. We never want our fully trained cleaning operatives to be belittled as ‘just a cleaner’, when they are so much more.
Looking forward to the year that’s in store
We’ll continue to deliver excellent, reliable contract cleaning in a range of economic sectors. From daily cleaning and housekeeping in a showroom, to confined space cleaning in a manufacturing facility, we’ve got our clients covered. We all know that deep cleaning and decontamination will playa part in cleaning regimes for the foreseeable future, and we can deliver these services efficiently and effectively. And we’ll be keeping an eye on regulations so that we deliver cleaning that keeps our customers fully compliant.
