Karen joined Fidelis in August 2016 previously having worked as a Legal Secretary for a law firm for 14 years in which she was supporting a team of associates, solicitors and paralegals. She also worked as PA for two partners during that time. After taking a short break to bring up her family, Karen wanted to get back into a supporting role closer to home with a family friendly company where she could offer her skills in supporting our commercial cleaning team

Karen is an invaluable member of the administration team at Fidelis. She assists with the day to day running of the department which involves a wide variety of duties including ordering stock, reception duties, processing new employees and HR support.
