Our Solution

Our aim was to create and maintain a clean and homely environment for residents and their families.

Our work commenced nine months prior to the village opening with our operatives providing housekeeping services in the marketing and sales suite. It was imperative to set high cleaning standards from the outset, helping the ExtraCare management team create the desired first impression for prospective residents.

Our team provide daily housekeeping, carpet cleaning and deep cleaning services across the site situated on the outskirts of Birmingham. We work seven days a week across the whole of each day with shifts covering all areas of the Village to provide a conforming and clean environment.

Working with Chris from the outset, allowed us to plan, implement and evolve the cleaning requirements of the village to deliver the standards seen today.

At Fidelis, we pride ourselves on building a relationship with our clients built on a foundation of trust and clear communication.

Our aim is to involve all key parties at ExtraCare Longbridge including the management team, residents and ourselves to continuously improve the cleanliness and therefore welfare of visitors, residents and ExtraCare staff.

We have set up internal focus groups to provide a forum to make decisions together and enable us to make swift changes and find the right solutions.

For me, the cleanliness and appearance of the building is paramount. We have set the standards together and built a close working relationship which is paramount for me.

The involvement of residents to understand their expectations and gather feedback has been invaluable for us all. In order to be involved and facilitate this, demonstrates the agility of the Fidelis team. I couldn't see other contractors being able to facilitate this.

I view our relationship with Fidelis as a partnership as opposed to a contractual arrangement. We are very much working together to create a clean and comfortable environment across the village.
